SOMATIC MOVEMENT INTENSIVE Impulstanz-Festival 2018
I still can’t stress enough how grateful I feel to have come to attend this intensive and met you all! Somehow as I was finding my way back to “normal” still hectic life something really did shift for me, big time!! I feel I am in a very transformational period of my life path and the universe is really giving me what I need. I have learnt so much from all of you and I’ll bring you with me everyday and with all the new things that are inspiring me and making me move forward.

I love Dieter's approach, giving trust and support while keeping freedom in our timing and decison-making options. His method is very well integrated both with theory and practice and it very much resonated with my thinking of a practice that supports you and helps you to get closer to yourself.

With its simplicity this training really enables one to focus and understand what "mindful" realy means. And by constantly emphasizing and explaining its importance it creates the safe space for it to be embodied.

Attending this training I found myself not only in a very safe space, but also in an trustful and "wertschätzende" athmosphere, which made it possible to enter an deep and mindful process. I found myself in a state where an intensive re-learning process could happen. I learned to trust in the selforganisation-processes of my body by being mindfully & friendly. By trusting and sensing I got more easy & effortless in movement, and a deeper understanding of what my body is asking for & what it needs.

I realy enjoyed the 2 weeks journey of Somatic Movement! Dieter and Julia provided a safe space and learning-feindly environment, where we could realy dive into the qualities of sensing, moving and listening to our own bodies and that of others..... The concept of mindfulness as a choice, and the introduction into buddhistic philosophy was for me (as a dance teacher) something new, that I can perfectly integrate in all my knowledge and teaching practice, as well as in my whole perception of life. I also learned a lot from the feedback, reflection and sharing times, which we had between the movement / sensing exercises.
I definitly recommend Dieter's Somatic Movement Method for a higher understanding of health and happiness, which starts with mindful sensing and the belief in self -organisation of the body! Thank You!
